Born and raised in Delaware County, my story is one of commitment and perseverance. I am a proud product of Cowan Community School Corporation and the Muncie Area Career Center, where I first developed my skills in tool and die. My career began in local tool and die shops, including one where I was part-owner. My journey from a temporary employee to Plant Superintendent at the old Chevrolet Transmission Division and former New Venture Gear, is a testament to my dedication and hard work.
Beyond my professional accomplishments, I am actively involved in church and co-chairing the Muncie Manufacturing Alliance.

With over 35 years of extensive business experience, including key roles at Magna, I have a deep understanding of various sectors. I helped establish the Muncie locations of Magna and rose to the role of General Manager. My expertise spans finance, engineering, human resources, logistics, and beyond, showcasing my versatility and business acumen.

I've been actively involved in over 20 boards and committees, including leadership positions in the Chamber of Commerce and the Muncie Sanitary District.
