A Proven Record

I have known Stephen Brand for 4 years and have served with him on the Board of the Muncie Sanitary District. He has a proven strong work ethic and dedication to public service. “Leave it better than how we received it” is Stephen’s motto as we begin and end each repair job or new construction project at the Sanitary District.

I find Stephen’s loyalty and commitment to serve the citizens of Delaware County second to none.  Stephen works tirelessly to deliver a good work product, while being aware of fiscal responsibility.  Stephen is a servant leader, and leads by example. He is mission driven and uses effective communication skills to deliver concise results.

In my opinion, Stephen will be one of the best county commissioners in the history of Delaware County. Therefore, I ask you to join me in supporting Stephen Brand for Delaware County Commissioner, so that we may leave the county “Better than how we received it."
