For a Manager to manage well, a person must also be a Leader, respected by the folks who have chosen him. I have known Stephen Brand in all of the above life experiences and believe he would serve Delaware County citizens as an intelligent, fair and fiscally sound Manager / Leader.

In summation, Stephen has been a great citizen with much experience. He has led and managed large workforces, managed large accountable budgets and believed in life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness for all citizens, within the law.
