This talent has been evident not only in the nonprofit sector but also in government, where Stephen served as the President of the Muncie Sanitary District board during a challenging period. Leveraging his extensive private sector experience, Stephen efficiently managed operations and implemented initiatives that not only improved the functioning of the Muncie Sanitary District but also restored public confidence in the organization.

Of course, Stephen is, rightly, best known as an efficient and effective business manager, having served for 15 years as General Manager of Magna Power Train. His consistent track record of achieving and exceeding goals showcases a unique blend of strategic acumen and operational prowess. These qualities are particularly valuable for the role of County Commissioner, and I am confident that Stephen will bring the same dedication and effectiveness to this important position.
