A Rare Breed

As someone who has been in manufacturing all my working life, I have marveled at the way Stephen Brand handled the Magna plant here in Muncie and its expansion after the first one was built.

He has proven integrity and a range of abilities that are really staggering.  It will be a blessing for all of us in Delaware County to have him become a County Commissioner.   I agree with what Sheriff Tony Skinner has to say about Stephen's attributes and I am happy to support them both.
