Sound Character and Compelling Leadership

I have known Stephen Brand for over 20 years and recommend him for the position of Delaware County Commissioner.

During this time, I have watched Stephen set county and East Central Indiana milestones with capital investments that generated considerable job growth.  His focus as a member of the Muncie Manufacturing Alliance and now as Co-Chair has strengthened both the cooperation of area manufacturers and the much-needed advancements in workforce development. And our community continues to see benefits from his services as a volunteer for city and county related boards.

These accomplishments, as well as many other personal and professional achievements, have been successful due to his sound character and compelling leadership abilities.  He is a mission driven individual that uses effective communication skills to drive clear and concise results.  His toolbox is also rounded out with his knowledge in problem solving, fiscal management, and a business acumen which only motivates his peers to achieve their collective goals.

For these reasons, as well as many others, I support Stephen Brand and feel he has the vitality and overall commitment to make a very effective Delaware County Commissioner.
